HACCP Workshop

A hands-on, science-based approach to developing your Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program.

HACCP Alliance

Compliance is an imperative element of the food industry, yet decoding and implementing regulations often poses challenges. Our practical workshop takes you step-by-step through developing your own HACCP program and putting it to work in your facility. Once you’ve completed the workshop, you’ll be able to comply with regulated, internal, and customer food safety requirements with a well-managed food safety program.

AIB International’s HACCP Workshop is based on the 12 steps of Codex and is easy to understand and apply to your own food plant. It’s a great foundation for any GFSI-benchmarked certification audit.

  • Apply the 12 steps of Codex in order to create a HACCP Plan
  • Compile a HACCP Manual
  • Manage food safety deviations and program failures
  • Establish a validation component to a HACCP program

This program is perfect for all members of a HACCP team, as well as members of senior management, personnel responsible for reviewing and auditing supplier's HACCP programs, and anyone who needs a basic understanding of FSMA's preventive controls program.

Upon successful completion of this workshop you will receive 1.3 continuing education units.
