Recertify as a Food Defense Coordinator and meet GFSI requirements for food defense.
The FDA’s FSMA regulations require that all food facilities develop sound food defense programs to minimize their intentional adulteration risks.
Further, GFSI and customers are driving the need to minimize intentional adulteration risks throughout the supply chain by prioritizing food defense programs. To effectively manage these programs, the industry needs qualified and always up-to-date field, food defense, and security professionals.
Designed for anyone responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a food defense program for a facility or corporation, this course will challenge how you handle intentional adulteration by developing vulnerability assessments, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verifications, and training programs.
Becoming an AIB International Certified Food Defense Coordinator requires an additional exam. Following your successful completion of the Food Defense Coordinator Online course, you’ll be sent the online certification exam, which you will need to complete within 30 days. To receive your Food Defense Coordinator Certification, you must score 80% or higher on this exam.
Throughout the Food Defense Coordinator Online course, interactive lessons and quizzes will test your knowledge.
