IACET Accredited Provider


The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has awarded AIB International the prestigious Accredited Provider status.

IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The recognition period extends for five years, and includes all programs offered or created during that time.

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is a non-profit association dedicated to quality continuing education and training programs. IACET is the only standard setting organization approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for continuing education and training. The ANSI/IACET 2013 Standard is the core of thousands of educational programs worldwide.

Accredited Provider designation means that AIB International reviewed each of the courses offered to establish the audience for each course, specific skills that would be taught, expected learning outcomes, and how each outcome will be taught and evaluated.

AIB International joins nearly 650 organizations around the globe that have had their programs vetted by third-party experts in continuing education to ensure the highest possible standards are met.

In order to achieve Accredited Provider status, AIB International completed a rigorous application process, including a review by an IACET site visitor, and successfully demonstrated adherence to the ANSI/IACET 2013 Standard addressing the design, development, administration, and evaluation of its programs.

AIB provides service to the food industry in baking, food safety, and technical service.

Training. Our educators are leaders to the food industry. They provide excellent training in baking, food safety, food quality, and food defense.

Training Materials. AIB publishes a wide range of training and reference materials that are available online and as correspondence courses, video training, books, manuals, and periodicals.

Consulting. In addition to its established courses, AIB offers its education, auditing, and technical expertise through consulting services and can custom design courses that can be offered at any location.
