This course is ideal for anyone responsible for managing food fraud and economically motivated adulteration, developing the program, or supervising mitigation.
You'll learn how to design a food fraud plan that meets Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) criteria and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations on Preventive Controls.
