Training Schedule
The training for each product type consists of five days at the client’s location. During those five days, one of our experts will work alongside participants to cover process control, function of ingredients, product scoring and troubleshooting for each specific product type. New ingredients and gluten-free products may also be covered.
This program can be completed by up to three participants at a single site and will focus on one product category per week. Multiple product categories for BakePro Certification will be completed consecutively and conducted by the same expert. The number of products covered will convert to a “level” designation for participants. For example, those completing one product type will become a “Certified BakePro Level 1,” while those completing three types will become a “Certified BakePro Level 3.”
One-on-one Training
Each participant will also receive one-on-one mentoring from an AIB International Baking Professional for six months following the on-site portion of the program, ensuring skill retention and application. BakePro certificates will be provided after all aspects of the program – including mentoring – are complete, deeming the individual a “Certified BakePro.”
Half of the program fees are due in advance, with the second half invoiced following the on-site portion. If cancellation is necessary, you will receive a 100% refund or transfer credit—less $850 per person—if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the first day of on-site consulting.
