Vice President, Global Sales
Steve Robert joined AIB International as Vice President, Global Sales in January 2019. Robert most recently served as Global Vice President of Corporate Accounts at Ecosure, a Food Safety and Brand Standards Division of Ecolab. In addition, Mr. Robert has also held sales leadership positions with industry leading food equipment manufacturers, such as Cornelius and SureShot Solutions.

Robert brings extensive food industry knowledge and relationships globally. He brings a proven track record of delivering record growth results and a strategic vision that has allowed organizations to successfully enter critical emerging markets, such as China. He is highly recognized for developing unique and collaborative techniques to enhance organization and client partnerships resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes.
Robert resides in Toronto, Ontario with his wife Michelle and their daughter Grace. Robert intends to pursue his Executive MBA in 2020.

What is your long-term vision for AIB International and how does your personal business philosophy play into that vision?
My vision for AIB International is to lead the industry globally with our unmatched products and service capabilities to protect and enhance the supply chain from concept to consumer delivery.
How do you describe your leadership style and personal business philosophy?
My leadership style is to ensure inclusiveness, meaningful dialogue, and individual accountability to enhance the client experience. It is inspiring to imagine the impact our products and services will continue to have in creating a safer food supply.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and living an active lifestyle. Living in Toronto, Canada this of course, includes playing hockey.
