Admissions Requirements
To be sure you are prepared for the course, you must meet these entrance requirements:
- high school diploma or GED AND one of the following:
- two years of baking experience
- passing grade (overall score of 70% or higher) in AIB's Science of Baking Correspondence Course
- have attained AIB Certified Baker status
- other formal education in food science considered equivalent by AIB's Admissions
Attention international/foreign students: For English as a second language students, a score of 400 on the TOEIC or 40 on the TOEFL iBT is required. A score of 550 on the TOEIC is highly recommended.
