Manual vs Handbook
Most Standards are available in two formats. The Manual is more of an educational reference document, while
the Handbook is intended to be a tool used "on the floor." The Handbook and Manual are designed to complement
each other, and together provide a complete reference, operating practice and training resource for inspection.
