Seminar Policies
International Participants (excluding Canada): Tuition must be paid at the time of the
enrollment. Add $40 (US) handling fee to the tuition amount. This guarantees courier shipping of
invoice(s) and confirmation letters.
Tuition: Tuition is due prior to the start of each seminar. Make check or money order
payable in US dollars to AIB (Please do not send hotel fee to AIB when paying tuition).
Cancellation Policy: Applicants who cancel seminar enrollment more than three AIB working
days before the course starts will receive a full refund. Those cancelling with fewer than three full
AIB working days left to the start of the course will incur a $75 (US) late cancellation fee.
Substitutions may be made at any time. AIB reserves the right to cancel any program in the event of
insufficient registration or instructor emergency and will make full refund if this occurs. AIB's
liability shall be limited to the registration fee amount.
