- Bottles supplied to a major company consistently
arrived with crushed necks that stalled production.
- A global food retailer had multiple customer complaints of varied tastes and spoiled food
items delivered to customers
- Another food retailer received package film with incorrect nutritional information and
universal price code bar that wouldn’t scan that resulted in a class action recall.
In each of these cases, AIB staff rearranged work schedules to respond, developed and used a
unique audit to pinpoint key process deficiencies and personnel oversights to assist in
redirecting efforts to provide qualified finished goods to the customer and the marketplace.
