Bakers Quality Seal Program

AIB International offers you and your suppliers a standardized protocol for uniformity and consistency in quality and safety through the achievement of the Bakers Quality Seal. This fully integrated program is designed to enhance product quality and reduce food safety risks.

The rigorous program that establishes successful attainment of the Bakers Quality Seal provides a total quality solution for the baking industry. AIB technical experts in each area will conduct the assessment, employee training and formal audits that will verify compliance to the certification program requirements.

The Bakers Quality Seal elements are:

  • Good Manufacturing Practices Compliance
  • HACCP Validation and Verification
    • Laboratory Evaluation, AIB and CII Laboratories (microbial testing, label conformity, finished product consistency and ingredient conformity to COA)
  • Production Quality Audits (industry standards efficiencies)
  • Quality Systems Evaluation

Recertification is required annually.

AIB works in partnership with CII Laboratory Services.
