Retail Audits
AIB International is pleased to introduce its new facility audit program for Retail Food
Establishments. The audit consists of a physical inspection of the plant operations and an assessment
of the documented programs that support the food safety aspects of the operation. This program is
designed to allow Retail Food Establishment professionals to evaluate all important food safety risks
within their operations. A numerical rating measuring the facility's compliance to the AIB
Consolidated Standards for Retail Food Establishments is assigned for each completed audit. This
allows management to gauge where improvements are needed or have been realized from previous audit
scores.
