GMA-SAFE Audits

The GMA-SAFE audit is a combination audit composed of Food Safety and Quality criteria. It contains five categories, 122 criteria items and 36 summary sections. It is a web-enabled XML audit document that is posted on a secure web site after the audit is completed. AIB has numerous GMA-SAFE Certified Auditors on staff to conduct this audit.
