Food Security Assessment

Due to the industry demands, AIB is very pleased to announce the food security assessment. This is a comprehensive evaluation designed to evaluate your facility's level of food security. The assessment includes a thorough review by a highly skilled auditor. The areas assessed include:

• Food security programs
• Outside grounds/roof
• Employee and visitor programs
• Material receiving
• Facility operations
• Finished goods/storage

The assessment is based on AIB's Food Security guidelines as well as the FDA's written guidelines.
